Hi, I'm Sarah Carlon, owner of Mending Muscles Massage Therapy LLC. I graduated from the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho and love helping people improve their lives through Massage Therapy.

 

Massage provides incredible benefits to our overall health and wellness and is so much more than just "pampering" yourself. I wholeheartedly believe in Massage Therapy for reducing stress and anxiety, relieving muscle tension and headaches, increasing range of motion, aiding in the recovery of injuries, lowering blood pressure, and on and on.

 

My goal is to encourage deep relaxation so we can access the deeper tissues without causing unnecessary pain. Each session is fully customized to what you need on any given day. Sessions can be for relaxation only or more focused on a specific issue and area.
